DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@purmist.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Per BioSilvics Inc policy and procedures a picture of the damage goods and shipping container MUST be provided to BioSilivcs Inc. If there is a manufactures defect for the PurMist product(s) purchased, include a picture of the bottle and explain the defect. All noted information including pictures must be provided via email to info@purmist.com
If you wish to return any item(s) from your online order due to shipping or manufacture defect, please fill out the "Return Section" of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid further damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.
Products which have been used WILL NOT be refunded or replaced.
If you are returning an item(s) received as a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via insured USPS Ground. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.
Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable or covered by BioSilvics, Inc.
